The Alliance Française de Kaduna is a not-for-profit organization incorporated in Kaduna state, Nigeria. We are part of the Alliance Française global network that dates from 1883 and spans 138 countries with over 1100 chapters worldwide, of which 10 are in Nigeria.

We foster an appreciation for French language and culture, and maintain a centre which serves as a resource for individuals, universities, corporations and cultural groups to learn more about France, French-speaking countries and their people.

We offer quality French Courses for children, adolescents, and adults of all levels. Our teachers are Nigerians or native French-speakers from around Africa who graduated from the best universities and selected for their experience in teaching French language.

Whether you are a native or fluent French speaker, a student of the language, or an interested non-French speaker, you are welcome to participate in the wide range of activities organized throughout the year.

OUR PROGRAMS

• French classes and French tutoring for children, adolescents, and adults looking to support the desire or need for language study
• Language examinations and certifications including:
  • DELF(Prim, Junior, Tout Public): international certification for French language proficiency
  • TEF Canada (Preparatory Class Only): for those who wish to immigrate to Canada
• Cultural activities for children, adolescents, and adults
  • Cinema (French films, Film Festival)o   French Workshops for Teachers & Students (Cooking, Civilization, Teaching)
